The Truth About Curtis Stone's Relationship With Actress Lindsay Price

One of the perks of the pandemic for celebrity chef Curtis Stone has been spending more time at home with his family, wife Lindsay Price and their two sons, Emerson and Hudson. "They love it! I'm not sure if my wife loves it as much as my kids do, but that's all right," Stone told People. "She sends me off to work sometimes and that's cool. The kids love me being home, and it's really fun."

All joking aside, Stone and Price seem to be the definition of couple goals. In addition to his Peacock show, "Field Trip with Curtis Stone," the Australian native also owns two restaurants in Los Angeles: Maude and Gwen. As for Price, the "Beverly Hills 90210" alum still has a thriving acting career, appearing in television shows including "Atypical," "Splitting Up Together," "Castle" and "Black-ish" (per IMDb). With their busy schedules, Stone and Price have figured out how to make their marriage work. '"We have to make appointments with each other to talk about everything," Price revealed in 2019 (via Daily Mail). "There are a lot of team meetings. I am not the most organized person by nature. Curtis is a businessman so he runs things better but in our household, neither one of us can really figure out how other people really do it perfectly."

But Curtis and Stone have proven you don't have to be perfect to stay in love.

They met on a blind date

Curtis Stone and Lindsay Price were set up by mutual friends in 2009. "We met on a blind date, none of us wanted to go. But when I saw her, I thought 'Wow.' Who wouldn't change their mind? Any man would, she's beautiful," Stone revealed to Daily Mail Australia. While he arrived at the restaurant for their first date 15 minutes early, she was 45 minutes late — but Stone didn't seem to mind. In fact, "She's been late ever since," Stone told Honey. "And I wouldn't even change that," adding "I think I knew pretty early that she was the one."

Making time for one another soon became a priority, even when Stone was busy at one of his restaurants. "I cook for her. If I am developing for the restaurant, she will be my guinea pig," he told Closer Weekly. "So, I will bring her in with a friend, and they will sit at the bar, and I will just cook for them."

Baby came before wedding for Curtis Stone and Lindsay Price

Curtis Stone and Lindsay Price became first-time parents when their son, Hudson, was born in November 2011. "Lindsay and I are so excited to welcome our sweet little baby boy into the world. It feels so great to be a dad!" Stone shared (via Today). The following year, Stone proposed to Price and the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Mallorca, Spain in June 2013. "To everyone out there, thank YOU for all your love and support!" he wrote on Facebook. "It was so special to share our big day with family and a small group of friends in Mallorca ... and we wanted to share this happy snap with you from our perfect day. We are thrilled to bits!!!"

Stone and Price welcomed their second son, Emerson, in September 2014, and their little family is clearly the couple's main priority. "Work used to be the No. 1 important thing to me," Price explained to US Weekly. "Everything revolved around it and to have a new perspective and have something else, my family, not just being a mom but being a part of an incredible family of my own it makes me have a different perspective on life that I think is richer."

They share their love on social media

Curtis Stone is clearly still enamored by his wife, Lindsay Price. "Everyday I wake up next to this natural beauty not a stick of make up and your still the most beautiful woman on the planet," he wrote in a June 2021 Instagram post. The feeling is clearly mutual, with Price responding, "YOU are a natural beauty!" adding "Also, I lied. The white linen pants you are wearing right now may be a tiny bit see through."

This isn't the first time Stone has gushed over his wife on social media. During a family trip to Costa Rica, he posted photos of Price getting ready to zip line, taking the opportunity to compliment her figure. "Babe your zip line game is so strong and the outfit really suits you," he wrote on Instagram. And the couple always makes time for date nights away from the kids.  "We sneak away from our kids once in a while," Stone told Closer Weekly. "Her parents are close and good, active grandparents, and our kids love spending time with them. We laugh a lot, and we have a lot of fun. She makes me laugh out loud a lot, so maybe I am just lucky that I got a funny one."
