Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's relationship has been a rollercoaster of drama.
The on-again, off-again couple, who share daughter True together, are going through another rough patch after Thompson admitted to fathering a child with another woman (via People).
Although Kardashian and Thompson reportedly split in 2021, the basketball player's youngest child was allegedly conceived while he was still dating Kardashian.
"Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols," Thompson posted on Instagram on Jan. 3, 2022.
"I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."
Also, Thompson sent Kardashian a heartbreaking message and public apology.
"Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years," he wrote. "My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."
Meanwhile, Kardashian is said to be focusing on herself amid the drama. However, fans are hoping to see her dish about the situation on her family's new Hulu reality show, which is set to premiere this year.
Now, just a few weeks after his apology, Thompson appears to be back to his old ways.

Page Six reports that Tristan Thompson was recently spotted getting flirty with a mystery woman during a night out on the town in Milwaukee last week.
The NBA player was seen wearing a gray hoodie and a white hat as he got close with a woman dressed all in black. The two cozied up together, and the woman was even filmed sitting on his lap.
The video was shared by a TikTok user named Tricia Caracoza, who later explained that she caught the footage on a night that Thompson's team, the Sacramento Kings, was in town to play the Milwaukee Bucks.
"Saw it with my own two eyes. Zero respect for this trash," Caracoza captioned the video, adding the hashtag #khloekardashian.
The TikTok user also revealed that Thompson grew suspicious of her recording him and even asked her not to take any footage of him.
"I wonder why he didn't want any videos taken of him," Caracoza said in a separate video. "Could it be because he just publicly apologized to Khloé Kardashian for having a baby on her while they were trying to work out their relationship and potentially get back together? That's exactly why. Tristan Thompson is a dog."
Meanwhile, sources tell Us Weekly that Kardashian has no plans to ever take Thompson back following the paternity drama.
"This was the final straw," an insider said.
