Why Hailey Baldwin Is Done Talking About Her Marriage In Interviews

To their immense credit, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's marriage has really gone the distance. The super hot celebrity couple initially got together quite young, it didn't work out, they dated other people but eventually made their way back together, solidifying their commitment in the process. During a joint appearance on podcast "In Good Faith with Chelsea & Judah Smith," via Harper's Bazaar, in November 2021, the happily married duo opened up about some of the tough times they'd experienced.

Recalling how difficult it was to watch Bieber struggle with depression, particularly in the early days of their marriage, Baldwin shared how she'd called her mother, crying, and told her, "There is no way that I'm going to be able to do this if it's going to be like this forever." However, Baldwin noted, "She was so calm on the phone, and she was like, 'It's going to pass, and you're going to be fine and he's going to be healthy and we're here for you.'"

In fact, the supermodel was adamant about not giving up on her husband, no matter how hard it was, recognizing that Bieber was the one and abandoning him at such a difficult moment would be the worst thing she could do. However, despite her past openness, Baldwin is cutting everybody off when it comes to discussing her marriage any further.

Hailey Baldwin is tired of her words being twisted by the tabloids

In a recent chat with WSJ Magazine, supermodel Hailey Baldwin confirmed she will no longer be sharing the intricacies of her relationship to fellow superstar Justin Bieber. Although the two have opened up many times in the past, as Insider details, fans hoping to learn more going forward are going to be sorely disappointed.

As Baldwin explained directly to the interviewer, "It doesn't feel worth it to me anymore when I try to have an open conversation with someone like you and then it gets taken out of context." The supermodel took issue with how "the media loves to take a tiny little blurb of something for clickbait," describing it as "disgusting." It's worth noting, considering her father is actor Stephen Baldwin, she's probably been dealing with press intrusion for most of her life.

Baldwin's team has been instructed not to share anything further about her relationship either, but the supermodel did confirm to WSJ Magazine that she and Bieber plan to start a family shortly. "I think ideally in the next couple of years we would try. But there's a reason they call it try, right? You don't know how long that process is ever going to take," Baldwin shared. It won't be this year, though, since the couple is slightly too busy with work.

Given her new rule, however, we might not even hear about it when it does happen.
