Mama June's Daughter Pumpkin Has Huge Family News To Share

"Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" may not be on the air anymore, but we're still invested in the lives of Honey Boo Boo and her family who inspired the spin-off "Mama June: From Not To Hot," which follows the exploits of family matriarch "Mama June" Shannon.

Half a decade after the original show wrapped, its star, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, is all grown up. Her sisters are grown up too; the oldest daughter, Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell is a mom, as is the third-oldest daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon. Meanwhile, second-oldest daughter Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon is a proud aunt, writing in an Instagram post that "Nieces are like a sunshine on a rainy day."

The family has had its fair share of ups and downs over the years as their fans know all too well, but they have some happy family news to celebrate right now as a big announcement about Lauryn was recently made.

Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Shannon's family is reportedly growing

Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon married Joshua Efird in 2018 (via TMZ) and together, they share two children: a daughter, Ella Grace, whose birth was shared on Twitter in December 2017, as well as a son, Bentley Jameson, who was introduced via Instagram in July 2021.

Now, a source has revealed to TMZ that the reality star is reportedly pregnant again. At 22 years old, she is expecting twins, a boy and a girl, who are due in June, according to the anonymous source. That means these new bundles of joy will arrive before Pumpkin's son, Bentley, has even turned a year old.

Furthermore, Lauryn is the legal guardian of Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, a topic she touched upon on social media last year. As reported by Hollywood Life, Lauryn gained custody of her younger sister after their mother was arrested on drug-related charges.
