Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis shocked the world when they announced their split in November 2020, effectively calling an end to their lengthy engagement in the process too. A source confirmed to People that, although it was a long time coming, the former couple retained the utmost respect for each other and were focused on co-parenting their two children accordingly. Wilde and Sudeikis began dating in November 2011, and he proposed in late 2012. The "Horrible Bosses" star appeared briefly in her directorial debut, "Booksmart," with Wilde gushing, "It's really amazing to see him do his thing."
She's since moved on with Harry Styles, who's also starring in Wilde's sophomore feature, "Don't Worry Darling." An insider recently told Entertainment Tonight the couple is still going strong, despite their similarly hectic work schedules. "They treat their relationship with a lot of respect and work on it like they would their careers," the source confirmed. Sudeikis, meanwhile, reportedly believes Styles is one of the main reasons for his and Wilde's split, per People. According to an insider, the timeline of events doesn't really match up for Sudeikis. The "Ted Lasso" star was blindsided by the split and took longer to move on.
Sudeikis is in the midst of a messy custody battle with Wilde, and now he's got even more to contend with following the dissolution of his latest romantic relationship.

Jason Sudeikis' new relationship with British model Keeley Hazell kicked off in early 2021, but it's worth noting the duo were close friends for years prior to hooking up. Now, though, it looks like it's all over between them. The Sun confirms the fledgling couple has called things off due to their competing work schedules. Sudeikis and Hazell actually appeared together in his Emmy-winning show and were spotted getting cozy last June, seemingly confirming they were dating in the process. An insider revealed at the time, "Jason has always found Keeley incredibly attractive, and has told pals he's had a crush on her since her Page 3 days," referring to the glamor modeling for which Hazell was most well-known.
After they were subsequently photographed on vacation in Mexico, a source confirmed to Page Six that Hazell was eager to get serious. As for the actor, "He has known Keeley for a long time, and he feels safe and relaxed with her. They enjoy each other's company." Sudeikis's friends weren't sure whether Hazell was just a rebound, however, especially since he'd only recently split from his former fiancé. They seemed to gradually be getting closer, though. In fact, work commitments were set to bring the couple together, with a source noting, "Jason met Keeley through friends in Los Angeles. But she now lives in London, where of course he films 'Ted Lasso.'" Sadly, it seems they couldn't make it work.
