Behind the scenes, the mother of four has also been focused on parenting her kids that she shares with Ye, commonly known as Kanye West. Despite the fact that Kardashian and West's divorce proceedings were fairly fraught with tension, as detailed by Us Weekly, the Skims founder has been determined to take the high road for the sake of her kids. "Kanye and I will always be family," she shared in an interview with ABC. "At the end of the day, I just want my kids to be happy and healthy, and think the world of their dad. And they do."

Kim Kardashian is the proud owner of a new home! According to the New York Post, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has recently purchased a $6.3 million property right next to her current residence in Hidden Hills. The modest home features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. According to Architectural Digest, the property "is more or less still aligned with '70s standards — the living room features mirrored walls, a green carpeted staircase, and a rather garish wrought-iron banister." Given the neutral color scheme and minimalist designs inside Kim's current home, we wouldn't be surprised if the celeb has plans to work her magic on this new property (via Architectural Digest).
The reality TV star paid $800,000 more than the asking price to get her hands on the property. One of the most interesting things about this residence? Its location. This 4,239-square foot residence lies directly between ex Kanye West's house in Hidden Hills and Kardashian's Hidden Hills mansion.
Some may argue that Kardashian purchased the property to create a literal "buffer" between her and her ex-husband. However, buying this residence could simply be a way for the social media star to expand her real estate in the area. "Kim and Kanye continue to co-parent their four children and as such buying the property around the main home for their kids one day falls in line with that shared goal," a source shared with the Post.
