Lisa Rinna Took A Jab At Kylie Jenner's Love Life & Everyone Had The Same Reaction

Lisa Rinna and her husband of three decades, Harry Hamlin, came for Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, in the most hysterical way, and it turns out the internet was totally there for it. In early April 2026, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum posted a photo edit to Instagram of herself and Hamlin making very specific poses in an ocean. "Having the time of our lives," she captioned the post. It's a little weird without context, but some netizens quickly realized that the couple were actually mocking Jenner and Chalamet. The younger duo had soft-launched their relationship on Instagram with similar photos at the end of March, and Jenner's caption was similar to Rinna's.

The internet weighed in on the photo battle, and the general verdict is that the soap opera queen did it better. "I can hear this image. She ate Kylie up. Low key embarrassing for K," someone wrote on X (formerly Twitter). "Ahh they ATE that," another person posted, also giving Hamlin the win over Chalamet. "I can't believe the temu version was the original one this time," someone else jabbed, implying that Jenner and Chalamet tried to be original but ended up looking like knockoffs after Rinna chimed in. "Lisa outdid Kylie tbh," added another person, echoing the nearly unanimous opinion in simple terms. 

The sarcastic parody of Kylie Jenner's Instagram photos wasn't the first time that Lisa Rinna had poked the bear, so to speak, and taken a jab at the reality TV star. Earlier, it was all about lips. Rinna had silicone in her lips for about a decade before Kylie Jenner was born. She's joked that her lips have their own career, and Rinna's well known for her perfect, pouty lips. Thus, she felt confident enough to speculate on the state of Jenner's lips during a "Watch What Happens Live!" appearance in January 2015 before Jenner admitted to using injectables. "It's not a bad thing," Rinna qualified to host Andy Cohen after polling the show's audience, who agreed with her that Jenner's lips looked unnaturally plump.

Jenner finally admitted as much in a May 2015 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." It's unclear whether Rinna's comments were the catalyst for this or not, but the timeline certainly suggest as much. "I have temporary lip fillers. It's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do," Jenner told the cameras, quietly explaining the real reason she started getting fillers. She was 17 at the time, and soon, millions were learning how to do their lips like Jenner.

Jenner launched her signature lip kits six months after the episode aired, and the business later transformed into Kylie Cosmetics, which became a billion-dollar venture in 2019. Not to be outdone, Rinna launched her own beauty and cosmetics brand, Rinna Beauty, in 2020, but announced at "The Traitors" reunion in 2026 that the company had gone out of business. "The company I was in business with just stopped, backing it and putting money in..." Rinna later explained on Threads. So, Rinna and Harry Hamlin might've successfully spoofed Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, but Jenner's the one laughing all the way to the bank. She's the reigning queen of the perfect pout, whether it's natural or not.
