Justin Hartley's Daughter Isabella Grew Up To Be Gorgeous Like Her Mom
Most people know Justin Hartley as Kevin Pearson, the complicated eldest triplet in the popular TV series "This Is Us." But along with the actor's extensive acting career outside of that part, he also has one more important role in his life, and that's being a father. The longtime TV star and former soap opera actor has one daughter named Isabella Hartley, whom he shares with his first wife, fellow actor Lindsay Korman-Hartley. Born in 2004, Isabella has grown up a lot since then, and fans are always stunned to see her whenever they get a peek in photos and the like.
While Justin is quite private about sharing photos with Isabella, his ex-wife is a bit more open about this side of her life, and she's marked some major occasions with snaps featuring her daughter. In July 2026, Korman celebrated Isabella's 22nd birthday with a sweet tribute on Instagram. In the first photo, Korman and Isabella smiled at the camera with their heads touching, with both women sporting long hair. A second snap showed Isabella posing for college graduation photos from UC San Diego. Korman wrote a touching note to her daughter as well. "Happy 22 pumpkin. You know how I feel about you," she said in the caption, including some smiling emojis and adding, "to another spectacular year filled with love, laughter, and confidence."

She studied media industries and communications at UC San Diego, but that certainly leaves it open for her to go in many different directions with her career. She currently works as an account coordinator at the creative PR agency AZIONE, per LinkedIn.
According to Isabella's father, when she once attended a "This Is Us" premiere, her natural magnetism led Justin's agent to offer her representation right there. Justin told the story on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2018 (via People). He said that his agent told him after talking to Isabella, "Listen, I just want you to know, [I] straight-up offered your daughter representation because she's got such a great personality, I think she'd be wonderful in this business." At the time, his daughter said no to keep her options open as she explored various interests. Justin said, "She was like, 'Yeah, um, well, there are a few things that I'm interested in. I'm not quite sure if I want to go down that road.'"
As a young adult, Isabella started attending more events with her father. In April 2026, she looked amazing at the 2026 CBS Fest with her father and stepmother Sofia Pernas. The year before, she went to the premiere of Justin's movie "Bride Hard" as well.
