The Bachelorette's Mikey Tenerelli Has Exciting Relationship News

Since the holidays are known as the season of engagements, it's no wonder why so many contestants from Bachelor Nation have revealed exciting news of their own. Mikey Tenerelli, who competed for Desiree Hartsock Sigfried's heart on the 9th season of The Bachelorette, shared that he's engaged to his girlfriend, Kate Wood. Tenerelli also competed on the second season of Bachelor in Paradise.

According to People, he shared the news on Instagram, captioning the post, "The future Mr. and Mrs. Tenerelli!!! Best day of my life!" In the photo, the pair are seen standing in the snow in Michigan with Wood showing off her new ring. The Daily Mail reports that the two have been dating since 2017 and that they've been spending lots of time together throughout quarantine. Apparently, the couple stayed together in Illinois and went on another trip to Michigan earlier this year.

In September, Tenerelli shared a sweet birthday wish for his soon-to-be bride, dubbing Wood his "partner in crime". She responded with an emphatic, "I love youuu!!!" In 2019, the former reality star called his girlfriend his "beauty queen" with photos on them on Valentine's Day over the years, the outlet explains.

Other Bachelor Nation contestants are tying the knot

The former reality star seemed to know that Wood was the one for him rather quickly, with a post saying, "My life has forever changed because of you. You're the most special, loving person, and I'm lucky to have you! I love you!" after six months of dating. According to The Daily Mail, Tenerelli's wife-to-be works as a hairdresser and recently passed her cosmetology state board exam. Her private Instagram account features photos and videos of her stylings from highlights to blowouts. Now, walking down the aisle will likely be her latest adventure.

In the meantime, other Bachelor Nation alums have shared personal news of their own. Following both Clare Crawley's engagement to Dale Moss and Tayshia Adams' proposal from Zac Clark, others have revealed their upcoming nuptials as well. People reports that Marquel Martin popped the question to his long-time girlfriend, Kari Kaisner, while Jordan Kimball and his beau, Christina Creedon, decided to walk down the aisle as well.

There must be something in the water, or Bachelor contestants have done what they set out to do — get married.
