Screen Rant noted that eagle-eyed fans noticed that there might have been a tiff between Clare and Debo Mills, Dale's cousin. The two met on a recent trip Clare and Dale took to South Dakota, but briefly unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Getting in a fight with your fiance's cousin probably isn't enough to call off a wedding, but fans also think that Clare may have deliberately covered up her engagement ring in a recent picture she posted on Instagram with her mother. Again, this isn't exactly solid evidence. Neither are the observations that Clare and Dale haven't posted any pictures together recently or the fact that Dale's recent Instagram Story featured some moving boxes, which he explained were because he was helping a friend who was moving.

Clare posted a picture of the two together on Instagram on January 9 — hardly a long time ago, even by reality TV standards. Dale, meanwhile, posted a video on Instagram of the pair singing along with the car radio on January 5.
Part of the lack of updates may simply because Clare is dealing with a lot right now . As Bachelorette viewers know, Clare's mom, Lilia, has Alzheimer's and dementia. "I get so emotional because this time is precious and I know means everything to both of us, especially as her mind is slipping away and her body is getting weaker," Clare wrote in her most recent Instagram post on January 14.
While it's true, as fans pointed out, that her engagement ring isn't visible in the photo, the image only shows one of Clare's hands in one of her mother's and it seems more like a sweet moment captured on camera between mother and daughter rather than a hidden clue of a breakup.
A source claims that Clare Crawley and Dale Moss have some 'serious issues'
Instagram posts — or a lack thereof — may not be a lot to go on, but an anonymous source provided some more compelling details about what's going on between Clare and Dale. According to the source, the fan-favorite couple is still together, but their fairy tale romance has hit a bit of a rough patch. "Dale and Clare are technically still together but there are serious issues they are working through," they told Us Weekly. "They're in communication but on a break."
A source also told E! News that the two are having problems. "They are mainly in disagreement over lifestyle preferences," they said. "Dale wants to be in a lively city and focus on his career, and Clare is rooted in Sacramento to help care for her mom. It's been very tense recently between them."
Still, Dale and Clare haven't said anything themselves, so we'll just have to wait to see if they will get their happily ever after.
