Sharon Osbourne's Former Talk Co-Hosts Showed Their Support For Her. Here's How
Sharon Osbourne still has some friends at "The Talk." The former co-host left the daytime talk show after a heated debate with her fellow panelist Sheryl Underwood in March (via Us Weekly). The incident occurred on television as Osbourne and Underwood were talking about comments by Piers Morgan that were deemed racially insensitive by many. Osbourne, who is a longtime friend of Morgan, defended his comments. The conversation got heated, with Osbourne getting visibly frustrated about the situation. "I feel like I'm about to be put in the electric chair because I have a friend who many people think is racist, so that makes me a racist," she stated.
The encounter forced production of the show to shut down for a few days before it was decided that Osbourne would no longer be a part of the panel. "Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave 'The Talk,'" a statement from CBS revealed at the time, adding that her "behavior toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace," per the New York Times. Now, Osbourne is getting support from some of her former co-hosts after she revealed she's going through a difficult time.
Sharon Osbourne's former co-hosts offer support
According to People Magazine, Sharon Osbourne revealed via social media that her beloved cat, Momo, is missing. The former reality star shared photos of her gorgeous black Scottish Fold cat and asked anyone in the Los Angeles area to keep an eye out for her. "Praying my baby Momo is safe and ok. Please repost if you can & help me bring Momo home. She is chipped but does not wear a collar. She is VERY friendly & cuddly but not street smart. She is an indoor cat," Osbourne said. After sharing the news of her missing pet, two of Osbourne's former co-hosts at "The Talk" offered their support.
"Oh! I have a friend near the area too I will alert her! So sorry Mrs!!" Amanda Kloots wrote. Carrie Ann Inaba also shared her love and offered some advice on the situation. "Do not give up. My moms cat was hiding from her for months.. and she was nearby ... we eventually found her. Leave out food and water .... and call out to her on evening walks. Sending you so much love .... I'm so sorry ... keep the faith," Inaba commented on Osbourne's Instagram post. It seems that there is no bad blood between the three former co-workers, despite the dramatic way in which Osbourne left the show.
