Erika Jayne Just Listed Her Stunning Home For This Jaw-Dropping Amount

In the wake of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne divorcing from her husband of 20 years, Tom Girardi, the singer is selling the home they once shared. Fans of the Bravo show will recognize the palatial property, which boasts over 10,000 square feet (via Fox Business). The Pasadena, California mansion, which was bulit by architect Myron Hubbard Hunt, also features two acres, and "ornate" details like a solid bronze front door, and a "dramatic" walnut-paneled entryway, according to the listing.

In addition, Jayne's soon-to-be former home comes complete with a pool that features "romantic" lighting, "lush" landscaping, and a formal dining room with silk wallpaper as just one of its "opulent" details.

A video of the grounds reveals a gated entryway, an impressive palm tree-flanked driveway, multiple patios, breathtaking rooms with features like paneled ceilings, oversized fireplaces, and a grand staircase. The historic property even boasts an on-site chapel.

So just how much is Jayne asking for her one-of-a-kind manse?

It may not even matter to Erika Jayne how much her house sells for

According to the listing, the "RHOBH" star is asking a cool $13 million for the home she shared with Girardi. Consider that a typical home in Pasadena costs just shy of $1 million, according to Zillow.

Of course, Jayne is not exactly typical, and certainly not afraid to talk about her wealth. She has been accused of flaunting her taste for expensive clothes, cars, and jewels, especially after a lawsuit purported Girardi, a lawyer, embezzled funds meant for family members of victims of a plane crash (via New York Post). Jayne famously claimed to spend $40,000 monthly on hair and makeup alone.

Now, it seems her over-the-top lifestyle is, at least partially and temporarily, set to undergo a makeover, too. While we don't know where Jayne will live next, it's worth noting Reality Blurb has reported the sale of the home will go toward paying off Girardi's massive debts, as it has come to light he is broke, in addition to allegedly owing a massive sum to the families of the plane crash victims.
