Here Are Christina Ricci's Beauty Must-Haves

Christina Ricci has been a screen stalwart since she was a little girl, memorably breaking out in 1990's "Mermaids" alongside Cher and Winona Ryder before making her mark as iconic evil child Wednesday Addams in 1991's "The Addams Family" and the beloved 1993 sequel, "Addams Family Values" (via IMDb).  Breaking the child star curse, Ricci moved smoothly into more grown-up roles, like "Black Snake Moan" and "Sleepy Hollow," establishing herself as a bankable star.

Aside from lighting up the screen, the unique star has become something of a beauty icon, both for little goths looking to emulate Wednesday's pale-as-snow skin as well as women mesmerized by Ricci's cute-yet-edgy allure. She even collaborated with iconic brand Make Up For Ever in 2013 to create her own limited edition makeup bag, which the beloved actress described as "hard rock meets couture," per E! News. As the "Addams Family" star explained, "I got to design something that actually holds everything I need on-the-go."

So, which beauty products does Ricci typically keep on hand at all times? Keep reading for the scoop.

Christina Ricci knows beauty doesn't come cheap

In January 2017, Christina Ricci took to Instagram to share her must-have beauty products, or "little soldiers," as she sweetly described them. Given her considerable success over the years, it makes sense that she only reaches for the most luxurious items. Although Ricci's choices would probably break the bank for most of us, we can still look upon them and fantasize about what it's like to apply them to our regular, normal person skin.

As People notes, among Ricci's go-to beauty products are the Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum ($48 from Sephora), the Clé De Peau La Crème face cream (the smallest pot costs a whopping $550 online), the Clé De Peau Radiant Multi Repair Oil ($168 from Nordstrom), various Joanna Vargas skincare products (take your pick), and, finally, the Clé De Peau Protect Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ ($135 online).

No doubt Ricci's emphasis on indulgent skincare has to do with her self-confessed makeup obsession. As the actress told InStyle, she describes herself as a "makeup freak," noting: "I like to joke that it's always evening on my face." Ricci typically opts for gold Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow ($53 from Nordstrom) or smoky Tom Ford browns ($88 from Nordstrom) on her lids, alongside Clé De Peau concealer ($73 online), which the "Casper" star reaches for "if I'm tired and my eyes look sunken."

Suffice it to say, Ricci isn't afraid to spend big when the results are worth investing in — which, judging by her seemingly ageless beauty, they certainly are.
