Who Is FBoy Island's Nakia Renee?
Ever since HBO Max announced its new dating competition series "FBoy Island" – slated to premiere on July 29 – the excitement surrounding its premiere has grown tenfold (via The Hollywood Reporter).
HBO Max subscribers are excited to discover if the series' three leading ladies will be able to find love amongst their sea of self-proclaimed "Nice Guys" and "FBoys." Comedian Nikki Glaser will help the women find a romantic connection and decipher which of the 24 male contestants are competing for love and which are simply seeking to win the $100,00 cash prize.
In the week leading up to the show's debut, anxious fans have been diving into the men's social media feeds trying to learn as much about them as we can before the premiere. However, it's time we take a look at the real stars: the women. Season 1's three bachelorettes are CJ Franco, Sarah Emig, and Nakia Renee. While they each have their appeal, Renee is certainly a standout (via TV Insider).
Nakia is ready to find love
Nakia Renee is a singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, California (via People). The musician's first single "Just Like ME" is on Spotify and has an official music video on YouTube, where it has over 50,000 views. Aside from flexing her musical muscles, the bachelorette works as a hair and makeup stylist. Her talents can be seen all over her Instagram profile. Renee constantly shares photos of her stunning beauty looks and killer style.
In her People biography, the reality star revealed that she loves to spend time with her friends and family. Whether it's going on a hike, spending a day at the beach, or dancing the night away, Renee likes to have a good time.
She also revealed that she usually sticks to dating one guy at the time and has had a few run-ins with FBoys over the years but is still hoping to find true love on "FBoy Island." Renee hopes this experience will push her out of her comfort zone and is excited for her first trip outside of the U.S.
