The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City Season 3 - Details We Know So Far

When it comes to the "Real Housewives" franchise, explosive drama is par for the course. The bar for fights and scandals was already set pretty high, but with every new franchise, it gets pushed higher and higher.

Every now and then, there's a storyline that manages to surpass those that came before. Any true "Real Housewives" fan would agree that Season 2 of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" has managed to provide one of the most explosive storylines the franchise has ever seen, and only one season in!

Social media got flooded with the now-infamous photos of Real Housewife Jen Shah getting arrested in March 2021 (via Women's Health Magazine). While people everywhere were shocked by the legal drama, "RHOSLC" fans were more excited upon realizing that this all went down during filming for Season 2. With the drama still unfolding weekly on "RHOSLC," fans are already eager to know when they're getting the next installment of the show.

When will Season 3 come out?

On November 7, 2021, Bravo fans finally got what they had waited eight months for — to watch the Jen Shah arrest unfold on "RHOSLC." The season had already kicked off with an exciting preview of what was to come, showing that the entire legal drama would be aired, including the moment the feds arrived on the scene looking for Shah (via Bravo). Episode 9 of Season 2 finally aired and showed Shah's quick escape from the scene moments before she was set to be arrested, and while fans are still impatiently awaiting the drama to continue to unfold over the coming weeks, they're also looking ahead (via Entertainment Weekly).

While Bravo has yet to announce a release date or even begin filming, the explosive legal drama has essentially guaranteed the show a third season comeback. This season of "RHOSLC" has hit an all-time high with crazy ratings, and it's understandable because every episode ends on a cliffhanger leaving fans needing more (via Reality Blurb). "RHOSLC" hit the scene as a success, but this Jen Shah battle is guaranteed to secure a third-round — and fans can't wait (via Variety).

Will Jen Shah come back for more?

Fans still have a lot coming for them with Season 2 of "RHOSLC" only being 11 episodes in. The show is just beginning to dive into the Jen Shah arrest, which is sure to provide quality TV and flaring temper tantrums as always. The theme of the season has essentially been hidden secrets and scandals. While Shah reigns supreme, castmate Mary Cosby is also falling under question for rumors surrounding how she runs her church (via Reality Tea). With so many attacks threatening to expose the ladies, as well as an arrest hanging in the balance, fans are questioning who will return for Season 3 and who won't.

While Bravo has yet to begin filming, they seemed to have big plans for a switch-up when the casting call for new members to join the "RHOSLC" cast was posted on Twitter. However, production could just be preparing for the likelihood that they have no choice but to replace Shah next season if she ends up arrested.

Season 2's new cast member Jennie Nguyen was a great addition who opened up the conversation on polygamy, which was needed, considering the show's location (via Women's Health). Fans are probably hoping for the exact same cast to return so they can continue to see the dynamics unfold, but a couple of new additions could help add more egos to the mix.

Jen Shah's side show could keep you entertained while you wait

For any true "RHOSLC" fan, every week has been agony. As the days pass slowly, you might keep yourself busy by scrolling through the countless memes about the last episode and hanging onto every word of the "Next time on" segment that came at the end. These are all signs of a great "Real Housewives" season, but they're exhausting nonetheless.

We're a long way from Season 3 even beginning to be a thing, so what are you going to do to keep that much-needed dose of "RHOSLC" in your life while you wait? Well, Jen Shah doesn't intend to leave our screens anytime soon.

The last time the "Real Housewives" world had a legal drama this explosive was Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi. It was so enticing that "ABC News" decided to launch a documentary titled "The Housewife and The Hustler," which dove deep into the details of their case (via People). The second that Shah's storyline was revealed, fans were pleading for the same, and they're officially getting it.

ABC News officially launched a trailer for "The Housewife and the Shah Shocker," a documentary special that will give all the juicy deets surrounding the case (via E!). You can stream it on November 29, 2021, and finally get all the juicy tea.
