The Surprising Person Who Just Might Join RHOBH
Many celebrities have been rumored to be joining "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," from Tori Spelling to Heather Locklear (via ET Online and Us Weekly). Now we can add a new name to the list of stars who have considered allowing reality cameras to film their every move: Carmen Electra! The "Scary Movie" star seemed to hint she was interested in joining the cast of the Bravo show after commenting on a meme featuring herself and current cast member, Garcelle Beauvais (via IMDb).
According to Fox News, an Instagram account called cici.loves.you shared the meme of the two models and friends together along with the caption, "Wait, Carmen Electra joining #RHOBH as Garcelle's friend would be very interesting tho..." That's when the actress weighed in on the idea, commenting, "Would befunnnn."
ET Online reports that while fans are pumped about the prospect of the model joining the show, the cast is already in the midst of filming the current season and Electra has not been a part of any scenes. A source further noted that Electra has not been in talks to join the next season of "RHOBH."
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will feature new cast members
Although Electra is not signed on to appear on the show — yet — the "RHOBH" welcomed two new ladies to the group for the currently-filming season. Page Six reports Sheree Zampino and Sanela Diana Jenkins are set to mix it up with the women who have stayed on from last season, including long-standing cast members Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley. Beauvais is returning as is Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff. Happily Kathy Hilton is also coming back for season 12.
According to Hollywood Life, Zampino is an entrepreneur who used to be married to Will Smith. Meanwhile, Jenkins is a businesswoman, philanthropist and mom (via Us Weekly). We can't wait to see the new additions soon, although we can't help but hope Electra joins the cast at a later date. It's worth noting filming was recently paused due to several cast members including Beauvais, Jayne and Rinna testing positive for COVID-19.
