Here's Who Julie Chen Moonves Thinks Will Win Celebrity Big Brother Season 3

The cast of "Celebrity Big Brother" Season 3 has been announced. If you're unfamiliar with the hit reality show, it is the celebrity edition of the hugely popular "Big Brother," which follows houseguests through a series of social, physical, and mental challenges. Per Entertainment Weekly, the cast of the celebrity-filled series — which debuts on February 2, 2022 — includes the former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey, "Diff'rent Strokes" star Todd Bridges, NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick, former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Teddi Mellencamp, Olympic figure skater Mirai Nagasu, and the former Los Angeles Lakers player, and ex-husband of Khloé Kardashian, Lamar Odom, among others.

This third season of "Celebrity Big Brother" comes after a three-year absence, and the previous two seasons of the show aired back in 2018 and 2019, People reported. The new season will follow the same format fans have become accustomed to, with the head of household nominations, Power of Veto competitions, and evictions taking place throughout the course of each week. However, according to People, the upcoming season of "Celebrity Big Brother" will only last for one month.

"I'm ready for season 3 of 'Celebrity Big Brother,'" host Julie Chen Moonves told Us Weekly. "I think everybody is. Fans can expect the fastest season of any 'Big Brother,' ever. We are evicting two celebrities every week, at least." Meanwhile, in another interview, Chen Moonves predicted which celebrity might win the third season of "Celebrity Big Brother."

Julie Chen Moonves made some Celebrity Big Brother Season 3 predictions

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, "Celebrity Big Brother" host Julie Chen Moonves revealed who she believes might win Season 3. When asked for her prediction, she responded, "Whatchutalkin'about, Dalton?! I'll just leave it at that!"

Chen Moonves was likely referencing the famous line uttered by Gary Coleman on "Diff'rent Strokes," revealing that she predicts Todd Bridges will be crowned the "Celebrity Big Brother" Season 3 champion. According to People, actress Marissa Jaret Winokur and musician Tamar Braxton won the previous two seasons of the show.

In the same interview with Entertainment Weekly, Chen Moonves also discussed how the Season 3 cast is a lot different to previous "Celebrity Big Brother" casts. "You're going to hear more mature real-life struggles." She continued, "With much of this cast being north of 40, they have a lot more miles on them in life. That should help, but it can also hurt. If they haven't learned many of life's lessons that have been thrown their way, then you probably won't make it far in the game. But it might win you a lot of attention with fans. What made someone famous in the past can help them or hurt them ... it depends what they do with it."
