Christina Haack Gets Candid About Divorce In Recent Instagram Post

HGTV star Christina Haack is nothing if not candid about her life. She pushed back on accusations that her engagement to Joshua Hall happened too quickly, even if the betrothal took place mere months after the mom of three finalized her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead (via The U.S. Sun and Page Six). The "Flip or Flop" co-host has also shared previously that she struggled after separating from Anstead. "2020 definitely is not at all what I imagined it to be – not even close- but I also think there are soooo many lessons in all of this madness," Haack wrote in part in an Instagram post.

Now, Haack is opening up about what it's like to co-parent her kids with two different fathers. As fans know, she shares two children with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa—Brayden and Taylor. The relationship between the two former spouses can't be tension-free since it was recently announced that they were ending the show they have hosted together since 2013, with reports that El Moussa exploded at Haack on set (via People).

Meanwhile, the soon-to-be wed California native also shares a son, Hudson, with Anstead. In a new Instagram post, Haack shared a photo of Hudson and Brayden together. And while the image is adorable, the caption hints that life is not exactly perfect under the surface.

Christina Haack is proud of her sons post-divorce

"These two," Haack captioned the moment of brotherly love captured on Instagram. "I am so impressed with what an amazing big brother Brayden has become," the proud mom went on to share about her sons. "I'm not just saying it, I really am," she continued, adding, "He asked to share a room with Hudson and they have been loving bunk bed life."

After describing what seemed like an idyllic situation, Haack got real. "Life post divorce can be very complicated," she admitted, adding, "but love for my children and their love for each other never is."

Fans immediately stepped up in the comments section of Haack's post to lend their support for the star. "Also a reflection of how you and the rest of your family behave around one another. Respect is everything," one fan said. "He's exactly what all of you have shown to him, love and protect. A fine young man," seconded someone else.

Others commiserated with Haack. "I am in the middle of a terrible divorce! I understand!" a follower said. "You have to do 'divorce' the right way for the kids!!! Not easy sometimes. Been there!! You're doing a great job," another follower added.
