The Bachelorette's Hannah Brown Reveals What Went Wrong With Tyler Cameron

If you were one of those romantic hopefuls clinging to the possibility of Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron one day getting their happily ever after, it's time to give up on the dream. Maybe you were rooting for Tyler even when Hannah chose Jed Wyatt on The Bachelorette finale. Maybe you were still rooting for Tyler after he started dating Gigi Hadid just a couple days after spending the night with Hannah. Stranger things have happened, right?

As we get further and further from The Bachelorette finale, though, it's seeming less and less likely one of The Bachelorette's favorite couples will get back together. Hannah and Tyler have both made it pretty clear that they have moved on.

Bachelorette Hannah has beef with Tyler

In August, Hannah revealed that she has "beef" with her former beau for the very public (and frankly, rude) way he handled things when he moved on to Hadid. She seems pretty fed up with the whole situation and honestly, we can't blame her for wanting to be done with him once and for all.

"It was a little confusing but, um, he can do whatever he wants to and I know that I can too," Hannah said on August 7 on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast (via Us Weekly). "And I am going to continue going onward and upward and I just think that I've made it very clear."

She added that she still had feelings with him but was unhappy with what he did, saying, "...when you are in the public eye, you do just have to be respectful of each other."

Hannah stopped talking to Tyler for a while after the Bachelorette finale

Hannah told Extra on August 19 that she and Tyler weren't even talking. "I think he's been so busy," she said. "I've been so busy. I'm focusing on what's next for me and trying to get my bearings around this new city that I'm living in. I wish him well. And I know that he does the same for me."

The former couple did, however, start talking again several days later, but it was for a completely platonic reason. "She reached out to me when my dad was sick," Tyler said on the Bachelor Party podcast on August 27. "That was super sweet of her. She's a great person."

Tyler added that "there's no hard feelings" between him and Hannah, and he wished her luck on Dancing With the Stars. "She's super sweet and I hope nothing but the best for her," he said.  "She's going to crush Dancing With the Stars. She better go win that Mirrorball."

Did Tyler throw shade at Hannah?

At the beginning of September, Tyler was accused of throwing shade at Hannah after liking a social media comment. Tyler took to Twitter on September 4 to clear up the confusion. "Someone DM'd me something that I liked a comment that said I was throwing shade at HB and I must say that is a complete accident," he wrote.

Tyler added that Hannah "deserves no shade and nothing but success." Tyler continued to hype his ex in a subsequent tweet. He wrote, "She empowers women and created so much conversation on how women should be treated. I am grateful for our time together and all that I learned from her."

Tyler also said that he's "way too grateful for any shade in my life" and that it's "all love on my end."

Hannah is focusing on herself after The Bachelorette

Tyler's relationship with Gigi Hadid seems to be going strong, further diminishing the chances that he and Hannah will get back together any time soon. As for Hannah, it looks like she's focusing on herself and devoting her energy to winning Dancing With the Stars. "I'm 100% freaking the freak out, but I'm so grateful and excited for the opportunity to challenge myself and continue this journey of self-exploration," she wrote on an Instagram post on September 9.

In another Instagram post the next day, Hannah made no secret of the fact that she's in it to win it. "I'm looking for a win on reality TV... maybe the third time's a charm?" she wrote.

While Hannah and Tyler might not be getting a happily ever after together, we've got to admire Hannah's resilience and her determination to live her best life.
