Here's How RHOBH's Erika Jayne Makes Her Favorite Margarita
Erika Jayne knows a thing or two about stirring stuff up. As one of the most divisive, but enduring, cast-members on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she's tackled a wealth of accusations over the years, ranging from her supposed coldness, to the suggestion she'd married her husband of 20 years for money. Through it all, Jayne remains ludicrously fashion-forward and always, 100 percent, authentically herself. But the latest season of RHOBH has signaled a welcome new phase for Jayne, as she settles back into the group and sheds her prickly Season 9 persona.
Meanwhile, coronavirus quarantine has pushed "pause" on her lifelong dream of appearing on Broadway, after the reality star and performer's run as Roxie Hart in Chicago was sadly cut short. But if anyone can make lockdown seem cool and fun, it's Jayne. Aside from spending more quality time with her beloved hubby, Jayne is enjoying the benefits of an at-home bar tended, naturally, by her glamorous self.

Page Six caught up with a reliably-stunning Jayne at home in her Beverly Hills mansion, where the RHOBH star was only too happy to spill the secrets of her favorite cocktail (as well as some drama from the hit show, of course). "I'm not a very good bartender but I am a good drinker, so here we go," she joked, applying tajín to the rim of her glass.
The reality star and singer then mixed Casamigos Tequila, clementine-flavored soda, and fresh lime with ice before dropping in a jalepeño, "just 'cause," stirring well, and garnishing the glass with a wedge of lime, ultimately branding her concoction in one word: "Superb."
As for who her margarita drinking partner is, Jayne revealed it's none other than Kyle Richards. "We always have a good time drinking margaritas," she advised. Teasing what's to come when the cast touches down in Rome later this season, Jayne remarked simply, "Yikes."
