What Happened To Sabrina Bryan From The Cheetah Girls?
Before Olivia Rodrigo got her "Drivers License" and Miley Cyrus was Hannah Montana, The Cheetah Girls were the reigning pop divas of the Disney Channel. They had three Disney Channel Original Movies and a handful of albums that were "cheetah-licious," but whatever happened to the girl group?
Raven-Symoné has had a major Disney Channel comeback with Raven's Home and recently squashed her beef with fellow Cheetah Girl Kiely Williams on Instagram Live (via Teen Vogue). Then, Adrienne Bailon made it far on The Masked Singer, coming in third, and has been keeping it real as a co-host on The Real, according to USA Today. That just leaves Sabrina Bryan — aka, Dorinda — left.
You may remember Bryan attempted to win the infamous mirror ball trophy on the fifth season of Dancing with the Stars in 2007 with partner Mark Ballas (via Insider). She was later invited back for the All-Stars season in 2012 with new partner Louis van Amstel. More recently, Bryan's name was thrown out for a possible comeback for a rumored All-Stars season if they went with "eliminated too early" contestants (via Heavy). For now, it's all just rumors, but Bryan finds herself taking on an even more important role at the moment.
Sabrina Bryan recently gave birth to daughter, Comillia Monroe
Nowadays, Sabrina Bryan is focusing on being a parent. She and her husband, Jordan Lundberg, welcomed their baby girl, Comillia Monroe Lundberg, to the world on August 31. According to People, she will go by her middle name Monroe, which is apparently a family tradition on Bryan's side. When Bryan announced that she was having a girl, she said she couldn't wait for "all of the bows, tutus and dance shoes!" It looks like the new mama is looking forward to having her daughter follow in her dancing footsteps.
Bryan, along with her other Cheetah sisters, congratulated Raven-Symoné on her wedding to Miranda Maday in June (via Us Weekly). Bryan commented on Raven's Instagram post, saying, "Wishing you so much love with this next chapter together!" With all the girls coming together to wish Raven the best and so many reboots, reunions, and spinoffs coming to Disney+, some fans might be wondering if something like that is on the table for The Cheetah Girls as well (via J-14). While nothing has been set in stone, Raven seemed open to the idea, but would "need to talk to the girls first" to get on the same page (via ET News).
That's not a no! In the meantime, it seems Bryan has enough on her plate, as she's focusing on being a first-time mom. She even shared with People some exclusive first looks of baby Monroe at home, and said that she and her husband are "already so in love with [their] little baby girl blessing."
