Tracy Tutor has, undoubtedly, broken history in the "Million Dollar Listing" franchise since becoming the first-ever female real estate broker on the Los Angeles edition of the series (via Bravo). According to Bravo, Flagg has already "sold over [$2] billion dollars' worth of property" and is amongst "the top five real estate agents West of the Mississippi River." According to People, he's the first agent on the franchise to appear regularly in both series and is officially bicoastal. "I filmed BOTH shows, NY and LA, and it wasn't easy but I'm so grateful to be able to let the cameras in on the good, bad and ugly of working bicoastal and ruffle feathers of brokers everywhere," he said.

David Parnes and his counterpart, James Harris, have become one iconic duo across the real estate industry. According to Bravo, Parnes specializes in high-end real estate, and the partners together have a pretty intense "no-nonsense approach" to selling. Parnes and Harris have broken multiple records (including the highest sales in history in Los Angeles County, Holmby Hills, and Beverly Hills) throughout their career and have a listing portfolio worth $1 billion throughout the city. According to his Instagram bio, Parnes is Principal at The Agency and also founded the group Bond Street Partners alongside his colleague, Harris. You would think he had been in the business from the beginning, but his career actually started out in fashion. According to Bravo, Gold worked with iconic designers, including Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, and Giorgio Armani, as a model. He made a big name for himself in the modeling world and eventually made the jump from fashion to real estate, where he now has an extensive list of A-list celebrity clients. Tyler Whitman lost 200 pounds and got sober
Tyler Whitman of "Million Dollar Listing: New York" has experienced quite the transformation during his time on the hit reality series. In December 2021, he opened up in a personal essay with Today about his decision to lose weight. He said he had officially hit "rock bottom" after almost passing out at a Phish concert in 2015. It was that night where he realized he was officially done being overweight.
One year later, Whitman shed 200 pounds from weight loss surgery. While also incorporating exercise and a healthy diet, he completely turned his life around after reaching his goal, although he says his fitness journey is far from complete. "This transformation is something I have to show up for and do work for every day," he said (via Today). According to Us Weekly, his decision to lose weight also led him to become sober.
Professionally, Whitman continues to make his way to the top in real estate. According to Bravo, he works for the start-up agency Triplemint, which he co-founded.
Chad Carroll is now amongst the top 1% of agents in Miami
Although "Million Dollar Listing: Miami" only lasted one season, the show featured multiple high-end realtors, including real estate agent Chad Carroll. Carroll originally relocated from New York to Miami, where he made his dreams come true after starting a career in real estate in 2008 and quickly rising to the top, ranking in the top 50 agents in America every year since 2011 (per The Carroll Group).
Carroll founded his own agency, The Carroll Group, where he serves as president along with his strong team of real estate professionals.
