In the preview of "The Kardashians" that Kim shared on Twitter, Kourtney is very clear about how she feels about expanding her family with Barker. "Travis and I want to have a baby," she declares. We also see the couple appear to visit a doctor's office — whether they are there for a consultation about trying to conceive, or if Kardashian is taking a pregnancy test is not clear.
In the comments section of the Twitter post, fans were already sharing their theories, with some suggesting she is expecting, while others stated they are most excited to see the relationship between the two.
