Here's What Jason Sudeikis Is Actually Worth

Jason Sudeikis — or shall I say Golden Globe winner Jason Sudeikis — is really having a moment right now. The Saturday Night Live alum took home the Golden Globe award for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy TV Series for his role in the Apple TV+ orginal Ted Lasso. He also won most appropriately dressed for the virtual event in a very casual tie-dye "Forward Space" hoodie (via CNET). According to HelloGiggles, there was also a special reason the actor wore that specific hoodie, and it's because it's from his sister's "dance and workout space in New York." You gotta love a supportive bro.

A big win like that could signify a new chapter in Sudeikis' career, but the actor already has a whopping $20 million net worth to his name, per Celebrity Net Worth. If you look at what the funny man's been up to since his SNL days, it makes sense. Sudeikis has starred in a number of films, TV shows, and even an off-Broadway production of Dead Poets Society. So, just like the tie-dye hoodie he wore, there's more to Sudeikis than it may seem.

Ted Lasso has already been renewed for season 3

It also seems like Jason Sudeikis won't be stopping anytime soon. His series Ted Lasso was just renewed by Apple for a third season, as reported by Deadline, which follows the comedy getting renewed for a second season right off the heels of its premiere in August 2020, per The Hollywood Reporter; it seems filming is underway for a summer 2021 release (via Thrillist).

Sudeikis will also be starring in the thriller Till Death with Evangeline Lilly, according to Coming Soon, which just shows he can do it all — comedies, thrillers, TV shows, movies, etc. So, right now, Sudeikis is comfortably sitting with $20 million to his name, but that number could increase now that he's a Golden Globe winner and has lined up a number of projects.

This said, the big win won't be going to Sudeikis' head anytime soon. According to Us Weekly, the actor joked after winning his award that his two kids with ex Olivia Wilde, Otis and Daisy, would probably make the moment about them by wanting to celebrate with cereal Cocoa Puffs and "nothing to do with [him]." You've got to love a humble and funny dad.
