Experience

Margarita started her writing career as an opinion writer for her college newspaper, The Fordham Ram. From there, she worked her way up to Opinion Editor and later Managing Editor. She has also written for WatchMojo. In 2021, she completed her master's thesis, which discussed the beauty and fashion industries. Later that year, she became a features editor for The List, and currently serves as Sr. Lead News Editor.

Education

Margarita has a bachelor's in communications and media studies from Fordham University and a master's in women's and gender studies from the CUNY Graduate Center.
