From a young age, Antonia Georgiou exhibited her dual passions for film and women's lifestyle (namely fashion, skincare, and the importance of prioritising mental health). A feminist, she is particularly interested in the works of female filmmakers such as Maya Deren, Kelly Reichardt, Alice Wu, Haifaa al-Mansour, and Sally Potter. In addition to The List, she has written for Nicki Swift, The F Word, New Socialist (where she was also culture editor), Daily Meal, The Things (where she wrote over 200 articles), Vegan Feminist Network, and Mookychick.

Antonia has a degree in English Literature from Queen Mary University of London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from University College London.
