Experience
Preston has long been a hopeless romantic and interested in all things beauty and fashion, though he wasn't able to pursue them until he went off to college. Once free from his hometown, he flourished, and there was no going back. He began writing about all things lifestyle for Fuzzable before becoming an editor there. As he continued his education, he gained professional editing experience from positions held with literary journals like Prairie Margins and Mid-Amerian Review. Everything culminated in a career path of exploring any and all lifestyle topics, including all of the ones covered at Glam. His journey at Static Media has consisted of several websites and positions, but leading Glam is his favorite.
Education
Preston has earned a bachelor's and master's degree in English literature, as well as a professional and technical writing certificate. During both degrees, he took courses to combine his three loves: journalism, poetry, and fairy tales, and everything he learned about language and communication helped him become not only a stronger writer and editor but also a better team player and leader.
