Melanie has worked as a radio tech and writer for her western Kentucky town's NPR member station, WKMS, and as a nationally touring, original jazz-folk musician since 2016. She began writing lifestyle, food, and wellness content for a small, Midwest-based online publication in the summer of 2020. Her writing has since expanded to include society, culture, medical and scientific studies, and astrology. No matter the topic, Melanie is particularly passionate about celebrating, empowering, and educating women to help them live their best lives as leaders, innovators, and advocates for themselves and others. She joined Static Media in March 2023 as a member of The List news team.
